We stayed in the cover wagons, which was a really cool experience. The nights we were there, it dropped down to the 20's. The heat in the wagon can not keep up with those temperatures. If you go in the fall, bring extra blankets and know it will be really cold in the morning.

Everything was very well taken care of, and we had no issues with water, sewer, or electricity. All sites are pull-thru, all have a fire ring and a picnic table.
