The kit was surprisingly easy to build, despite the missing instructions. I turned it on for the first time yesterday and it seems to work as expected, and also sounds quite good. Notice the plate resistor is 36k series to make 216k. This technic was used on the older 834P model, which the plate resistor is 56k series to make 330k. The only issue is the MC step.
