Just change the values on the player's page at the bottom, namely condition to 16,000 and jadedness to 0 like you mentioned above. No idea if that is possible but it's worth a try. I usually just tweak the Fitness to 12500 and the Match Exercise to 18000, and apply it to the whole team using a custom preset.
