I know the rear jackpoint is on the rear axle (to the left/right of the differential/"pumpkin"), and the front jackpoint is on the cross member that connects the left and right side of the frame.

Back in the day, jacking from the crossmember was ok because the crossmember was substantial enough, but if it ok with a f150? Personally I would put the jack under the frame right behind the front wheel and right in front of the rear wheel.
