When I try to manually change core clock in afterburner 4.5, it crashes the graphics driver and makes the system unusable with lag.

WebSo, long story short, my 13700k iGPU clock is locking to max 1200Mhz instead of boosting to 1600Mhz on Win11. Right after I reinstall Intel GPU drivers it keeps boosting normally to 1600Mhz, until I reboot and it maxes at 1200Mhz. Already disabled all BIOS power-saving features, C-states, virtualization etc. Energy profile at Max performance.
