The full requirement is: 90 Unarmed, 7 Strength, 7 Agility. The patch will fix it. The wiki is wrong. Pre and post patch the requirements for Slayer have not changed at all. You must be Level 24 (+) and have 7 base Agility and 90 Unarmed skill.
